- Concert for Solidarity and the Third Meetings of Volunteers this Week in Madrid

Haren Alde Madrid has organized two important events next weekend. On Friday at 8 o´clock in the evening a concert for solidarity goals will be held at the St. Monica Parish and on Saturday 13th the Third Meeting of Volunteers in th Parish of St. Rita.
Next Friday 12 of December at 8 o´clock the Madrid Haren Alde Delegation will hold for the second consecutive year a benefit concert at the St. Monica Parish with the Jesus Haren Alde Maria Choral Group conducted by Carmen Oñate.

Moreover at the end of the concert there will be in a musical performance by a group of children of the parish in a family pre-Christmas event.

The entrance ticket cost five euros and the money is destined for the missions of the Augustinian Recollects in the Philippines, a country which has been the priority objective 2014-2015 of the NGOD Haren Alde.

The St. Monica Parish of the Augustinian Recollects is in 87 Principe de Vergara Street, Madrid. It is accessible by public transport through the bus lines 221, 222, 223,224, 224, 226 Madrid Transport and it´s near the Metro Station Avenida de America Lines 4, 6, 7, 9.

Third Volunteer Encounter

The following day Saturday 13th the Madrid Delegation of the NGOD of the Augustinian Recollects will celebrate its Third Volunteers Encounter. It´s a formative and festive meeting in which Christmas fellowship would be manifested.

The central theme of the meeting is “The NGOD Haren Alde in the context of the Church Today” which will be given by the Augustinian Recollect priest, Imanol Larrinaga.

The meeting will last three hours from 10 AM to 1 PM at the St. Rita Parish Nº 75 Gaztambide Street and can be reached by bus Nº 1, 2, 12, 44, 132, C1 and C2 or through the Metro at Islas Filipinas line 7.
